How it works
From link to door
Ariya has two sides. People who go to events get a ticket in a few taps. People who host get a page, a link, and their money.
For people who go
Get a ticket in four steps
You never make an account. Your email is your way back to your tickets.
Find something on
Search by name, or filter by state, date, price, and category. Every filter is in the link, so you can send the exact search to a friend on WhatsApp.
Pick your ticket
The event page shows the date and time in Lagos time, where it is, who is hosting, and what each ticket costs in Naira.
Give your name and email
No account and no password. Free tickets are claimed right there. Paid tickets go to Paystack to pay.
Show the QR code at the door
Your ticket arrives by email with a link to a ticket page and a QR code. Open it on your phone and get scanned in.
For people who host
Run an event in five
Workshops, concerts, runs, dinners, anything people buy a ticket for. Organizer accounts are opening soon.
Create an eventPut the event online
Add the title, the date, the place or the meeting link, and a 16 by 9 cover. It gets its own link that never changes, even if you edit the event later.
Set your tickets
Free or paid, as many types as you need, with a capacity for each. You choose whether the buyer or you covers the fee.
Share it
WhatsApp first, then everywhere else. Or paste one line of code to show the event on your own site.
Get paid as people buy
Payment is split the moment it clears. Your share goes to your bank account through your own Paystack subaccount.
Check people in
Open the scanner link on a phone, enter the PIN, and scan. A ticket that was already used is flagged straight away.
How the money moves
Naira only
Every price is in Naira and every payment goes through Paystack.
Split at payment
The share for the host and the share for Ariya are separated when the payment clears. Ariya never holds the host's money.
Tickets after confirmation
A ticket is issued only when Paystack confirms the payment to us. Closing the tab early does not lose it.
Questions about holds, refunds, or what happens when an event sells out? They are in the payment questions.
